Vixerealm Return & Exchange Policy

Our Promise to You

We understand that children grow unpredictably! That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer free exchanges.

Eligibility Requirements

For a successful return or exchange:
✓ Item must be unused and unworn
✓ Original tags must be attached
✓ Must be in original packaging
✗ Final sale items excluded (marked as such on product page)

Note: Sale items and free shipping orders are eligible for exchanges only.

Free Exchanges (USA Customers Only)

We offer free exchanges for:
• Defective/damaged items
• Incorrect sizing (too big/too small)

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at vixerealm.service@gmail.com

  2. We'll email you a prepaid return label with return ID

  3. Ship back within 14 days of approval

For multiple item returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process by Region

United States Customers:

  • Free return label provided via email

  • Recommended: Use tracking/insurance (we're not responsible for lost returns)

  • Refunds issued to original payment method upon inspection

Canadian Customers:

  • Return address provided upon request

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Free exchange shipping from our warehouse

  • Tracking/insurance strongly recommended

International Customers:

Important Notes

• Return processing may take 7-10 business days after we receive your package
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after approval
